Ofpain is a sterile eye drops containing Ketorolac Tromethamine.  It is a non­-steroidal drug, which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities. It inhibits the cyclo-oxygenase enzyme which is essential for prostaglandin biosynthesis. Ocular administration of Ketorolac Tromethamine reduces prostaglandin E₂ levels in the aqueous humor and has no significant effect upon intraocular pressure (IOP) after ocular administration.
